Gaurav Jain has graduated with dual degrees from the Warton School – Bachelor of Science in Economics with specialisation in finance and School of Engineering and applied sciences – Bachelor of Science in Engineering with major in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, United State of America. He was instrumental in setting up Adventity Global Services Private Limited, a business process outsourcing company. He is the Managing Director of Jai Corp Ltd. (www.jaicorpindia.com) He has been a Director of Jai Corp Ltd Since 2004

A Chartered Accountant by qualification having More than twenty years of experience in diverse industries like Plastic, Iron & Steel, Finance and Natural Resources - as a CEO, leader and an entrepreneur; building businesses, developing products, solving problems, interacting and negotiating with people - colleagues, vendors, customers, financiers, government officials, politicians, unions and consultants, enforcing fact-based decision-making.

Satyapal Jain is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He has over thirty years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. He was the Managing Director of JaiCorp Ltd.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, having experience of about Thirty years in various trades like -Textiles, Iron Ore, Metals and Agricultural Commodities, Retail, Real Estate, Entertainment and Plastics in areas of Finance, Taxation, Accounting and liaison.
